Philapat - With their typical opaque reports LYC have not detailed what it is they have actually sold! However I suspect that it is 117tons of Ce/La carbonate at A$8.54/kg. As this is somewhere near the market rate for this product, it is safe to presume, given stated tonnage and sales revenue by our CEO.
We better soon get the the expected demand for the other elements or with a "high teens" COP LYC would be a sinking ship! Add to this the poorly defined LAMP engineering issues and lack of timely disclosure to investors about those, added to the opaque commercial nature of the supply contracts and ongoing product demand issues, then things could get very sticky before they get better for long term investors.
The shorts will have a field day! Perhaps the opaque QRs have delayed that market response for a while, we shall see..
