LISTING: IFT: Z Energy IPO opens

The initial public offer of shares in Z Energy officially opened today.

This opening of the offer follows completion of the five day consideration
period for the IPO's  registered  combined  investment statement  and
prospectus  required  by  the Securities Act.

The New Zealand Broker Firm Offer and Staff Pool components of the IPO are
now open. Allocations have now been made to participating NZX Firms.

The Australian Broker Firm Offer does not open until 9 August 2013, following
completion of the Australian equivalent of the New Zealand consideration
period.

There is no public pool and retail investors considering an investment in Z
shares should contact a participating NZX Firm.
