It's quite obvious at this stage that some design fault caused issue with the dam, no normal level of wear and tear cold make the dam fault at this early stage of its life.The builders of the dam must be held accountable.Thy have literally ran a knife blade across the throat of RED 5.I don't see how RED will make it out of this fellas, I fear we have lost the lot.
