    Interesting reading in regards to vietnam looks as though they have a fair bit of knowledge in vietnam. They paid$95 million for the 55% holding in block 07/03. Also tailsman has the financial backing to press ahead with development with quarterly cash flows of $500m and producing 361k bopd.
