This stock has been on my watch list; not yet hit the buy button (all my free $$'s are going into another stock) - but

do you really think that they'll be able to pop a 2c dividend anytime soon?

The Bollinger Bands are moving further apart; my view is this may take a bit of a fall soon. Possibly back to 37/37.5 -
If this is the case, depending on my bank account, I'd consider buying a small parcel.

The only other comment I'll make, is that I have mixed feelings about the Penrith acquisition. I grew up in Penrith and the site they purchased wasn't particularly highly regarded, but this may have been a family attitude passed on to me, and not representative of the entire community.
(I havn't lived in Penrith for 10 yrs, so it may have changed significantly since)
