Good move Riskup.
The only way one gets diluted is when one does not buy more shares when a placement of new shares has been made. And even though us retail holders weren't invited (which is very unfair) we now have the opportunity to buy on market for around what the institutions paid.
Even though the new shares have raised $88 million for PDN, the market cap is now DOWN from where it was before the rights issue. That makes no sense because theoretically the market cap should now be up $88 million. So I too have bought in at $0.72.
At least whatever institutions bought in at $0.70 won't be shorting the stock below that level from now on.
