Yes, the placement of 125.6 million shares added $88 million to PDN's balance sheet (which should've translated to a higher market cap at today's prices) and the discounted price of 70c for the new shares should've diluted last week's share price of $1.00 by less than 5c.
Nothing else has changed with the company since before the trading halt so a 28c discount at what I bought for at $0.72 this morning is a screamingly good buy.
