A good example is ISN recent placement to private investors. They raised 13.5 million @ 36 cents. Within two weeks the stock was pushed up and reached 70 cents. Had they pushed the stock up before the private placement the institution would not have been able to get a big enough holding.
AJX recent placement to sophisticated investors is positive and one of a few confirmations I needed that I have jumped on the right ship.
ISN ship has sailed but AJX is just about to leave the port. What a ride ISN was and hopefully AJX will follow a similar path.
