If you could walk up to an unowned letterbox and take out some cash each week would you do it? Most people would.
Now, if you could walk up to a letterbox owned by someone and threaten them with violence and take the cash each week would you do it?
Most nationalities wouldn't. But take the people from the middle east when war is ongoing. Conflict has been going on for hundreds if not thousands of years. They fight and kill each other on a daily basis.
Then they come here and it's like Christmas. All they have to do is threaten, punch, beat up people and they get money for "free".
