I get very frustrated when I see posts criticising the company and the management and not looking at a bigger picture. I think the current management, in particular, CEO is doing a great job.

IMO the recent placement announcement is a great announcement and not something to be criticised at. IMO, the placement not only generated cash which company needs to move on, but also involves large institution which will support the share price and liquidity.

"The company didn't go out and seek the funds, it came to them" - as you have mentioned, I think this is a very promising indicator that investors (including large institutions which would have undertaken detailed analysis) value the company greatly.

I also had a conversation with the CEO and although he hasn't disclosed the details, there was a greater story and the placement was backed by a large institution. As Tulip2000 has noted, large institutions will support the share price and has much greater value then the relatively minimal dilution we are going to get.

I think we all appreciate that CEO has changed the direction of the company and SHARE PRICE (and added value to the investors). I think investors should read the announcements and newsletters company sends out before making negative comments and if they have any concerns, they should speak to the company and understand why company has made the decision. I think no investors should have anything to complain with the current movement of the share price!
