Maybe a deal or the option of doing a deal has been pushed forward into the future ie Borshoff postponed the LHeinrich option until there are more favourable conditions re U Price and increased production needs? imo
The placement bought him time to address further debt problems into the future far more favourably than now for the Company.
Just surmising, only Management know!
