Apoel, what licence are you referring to?

I believe they were granted a mining licence for the north pit a long time ago, first half of 2012 from memory. Referring to the quarterly, they will require a final compliance inspection before mining can commence. Is there some other licence that is required?

The access road has been included in the capex for the north pit. This is not a 6 lane concrete highway that we are talking about here, it will be a gravel road to begin with. They have ample time to construct this before the end of Q4.

Can You shed some light on your major concerns about this access road?
