But they have nothing to sell in any case. The Chinese know all about the latest in steelmaking ,whilst any Boulder Steel knowledge and operational experience is at least 30 years pout of date. They have no big project expertise...never having built anything ..... and one of the drawbacks to getting the EIS through is that The Authorities will not pass it till the money is on board and Boulder have no money....
