    Fat Bloater you may want to read up on US property of late. It's booming again. UK prices have been rising steadily as well. Property is Japan is unaffordable already for many.

    There is a bubble but it's in the share market. PE's down, EPS down but market is rising. Another share market sell off and more people will head towards the safety and predictability of property.
