Responsible dog owners have nothing to fear from becoming licensed owners as their dogs are trained and kept under control. In fact irresponsible dog owners give good owners a bad rap. These days having a dog has become like a fashion accessary, in many cases the owners can't control the dog and the dog does as it likes. Show me a dog that won't do as it is told and I will show you an irresponsible owner. Having in the past been a dog owner (working dogs) most of my life. I am not anti dogs. Just p--sed off with irresponsible owners and gutless authorities that fail to recognise, it's not the dogs its their owners that are the problem.
