I don't think anybody has noted (my apologies if they have) the point that Dr. Ogru's shares appear to have been placed without any difficulty and at no discount to the current market price. Pity the market price isn't higher, of course, but the ready sale does indicate confidence in the future, from somebody willing to put up a large amount of money.
