Starting to get somewhere:

Reason below stated as to why loan docs have not been released

" accounting and auditing authorities and the ASX will not allow us to post that information on the ASX announcements board and or include it in our accounts. "

Request for docs as a shareholder is pending.

Collin does assure me that the loans are :

" a minor item which is dynamic in its calculations and earns considerably more than bank deposits for the shareholders. "

Which, if there were 5 or 10M cash at bank, I would be inclined to agree.

Hopefully all will be above board.

Won't be posting the loan docs, but will let you know if they are received and what the overall view seems to be regarding all OK, or a bit fishy....and the key reasons that any opinion is based upon.

Just employing the old rule of : " never trust anyone until they have proven their trustworthiness "
