In addition to what kawartha mentioned, from the TPI Chairman's Address to Shareholders released to the market yesterday:

"- TPI has acquired the liquid waste and industrial
operations of Onyx in NZ (effective 1 Dec).

- TPI will continue to pursue small, medium and large acquisitions and joint ventures in Australia and New Zealand.

- In addition to those above, YTD TPI has made a number of smaller bolt on strategic acquisitions.

- There are many opportunities still available in Australia and New Zealand."

I really think there is a good chance TOX would be one of their take-over targets. Good news.

Tomorrow morning should see a good start after today's finish with some off market buying at 0.105. Definately a more convincing test of 10 cents than last week.
