lower interest rates are a SIGNAL the economy is struggling .... ask around... you will find a lot of people on LWP and reduced hours

id hi rates are trying to cool an economy
then what are low rates.... errrr trying to stimulate it, by any chance ? cause the economy cant get itself going !
