Of course the ATM is going to be tapped...its going to be completely exhausted well befdore the company is profitable.

If that wasnt the case then why are they looking at securing finance to assist with operating costs and facility costs to meet an anticipated increase in production capacity.

So the ATM is gone...question is the magnitude of the impact of raising the approx balance of 30million and how many shares that will be.

Rather than harp on...your time qoudl be better spent trying to understand if there is any risk tot he change in language of the finance facility. In May during the CC language read...

"In April, Unilife agreed to preliminary terms with a leading U.S. life science financing firm for a debt funding program that is expected to be finalized later this month."

Now in the last qtrs 4C...
"As previously discussed, we are working with a number of U.S. financing groups specializing in debt financing for life sciences companies like Unilife"

So does this mean the initial discussions fell over? They were not able to secure all the finance from one place? They were not able to meet the terms of the financier?
