Just spoke with the company (bono??). The spokesman believes that today was an insane over reaction, the ASIC case against Mark Pallister stems from a private incident several years ago - nothing to do with QTK and for that reason there was yet to be an announcement but there will be before open tomorrow. Of most importance he told me that the Pratt family had been informed of this private matter and they are not concerned in any way shape or form.
