They seem to be adding land and having new releases roll off the production line in a much more fluid way than in the past. 1/3 price increase between stages of development is interesting too, I wonder if there is much in the way of improvements to the quality of the finish to justify that.
Interesting with a development like Desa Green which was very rapidly sold that they still carry 2 - 300 bumiputera lots. I wonder how much of a hassle the bumiputera rules are for developers, one for next years AGM I guess - Eternalgrowth
