Ridiculous this offer.They may as well give the shares away.Why not at least set the price at 4 cents.That would take the market up and Im sure most holders would see that as a consolidation,rather than this stupid dilution which,not only raises less capital,but upsets the shareholders including me to see my holding drop by .7 over the last 24 hrs.When will these and other CEOs learn,I realise that they need to raise capital,but for Christs sake look at the big picture
