I think the studios will be doing everything in their power to keep the physical DVD market alive for the next few years.... They'd know its doomed long-term but a lot of countries aren't ready to transition to streaming only.
And we always knew competition would be hot in this market... The advantage QFX has is they already have 100k customers paying $15 month.
