I disagree, I hope the market makers buy more at 11 c or 12 c. This will happen today. If 10 million PRR shares are needed for the Nasdaq, it is a lot. I was awake at night and it appeared that one party was accumulating - and hopefully others are drained out of their holdings.
Hold tight and Breakout is imminent.
ICS data wil be out anytime now - Could be today. And the SP could fly if results are spectacular.
