if it's worth taking over then 'real'/'inherent' value is nearer 15c .
given the wadge already held by bioton they may only offer about 12c , imo , and it will then be up to aus based top twenty holders to hold out for 'real' value.
of course in a few yrs 15c will look to have been a steal
