    Apart from the obvious savings of replacing three directors with one, bringing James Li on board as a director is a good move.James has been involved with the company for many years going back through Rimcapital and Barton Capital.He is the Chinese connection that will bring the project to fruition if or when we have a JORC compliant resource.
