Yes it was Tap Oil's choice of "best location but not Ophir Energy's choice. They farmed into the Accra Block because they wanted to drill prospects "outboard" of Starfish-1."That is the only reason.

Ophir Energy's technical people are the experts in African geology and they have the runs on the board to prove it.
