I swear by that rule!!
It's all about the location, the block (shape and size) and redevelopment potential IMO.
The newest house I've bought was built in the 70's.
Old houses on big blocks is the way to go.
(Eden Hill is chugging away nicely - might even visit a few home opens in Lockridge soon...LOL)
