I totally agree with previous two posts. We also have received no reason for the termination of Chris Giles, and only conclude that it is to ensure their numbers. But why Giles and not other independent board member. Giles appears to have performed very well in contributing to the undoubted success of the Company to this stage and we deserve to advised any reasons for his removal as a director.
Also we can only speculate as to reason for the non renewal of Reeve''s contract. His appointment was undoubtedly greeted with enthusiasm by HAV, then he was not reappointed after probation period. Now we are asked to put the future of our company into his hands.
This proposal is an unwelcome distraction for the HAV directors, and should be rejected.
