That's a great story. Lets hope we read about Reward Minerals, Australia's first potash company, supporting the indigenous economy.
If it came down to Forrest paying smaller indigenous contractors slightly above the going rates and at the same time not paying the MRRT tax OR Forrest getting screwed by the government and having to rethink his business model then I know what I would prefer. I would trust Forrest to do his best for indigenous folk above the federal government. The government only knows welfare and how to waste any money generated from a MRRT. How many indigenous jobs has the federal government created in the last 10 years?
