I am not sure what that means Stockrocker. Shorts would not be entitled to participate in the placement unless they held shares. The entitlement would belong to the beneficial owners.
Maybe I have missed the point.
Assume the shares come back on at $2.40 , and continues to steadily rise from there, then where does this leave those shorters that shorted below this price ? How does the size of the placement correlate to the outstanding shorts?
