Well the problem there is haggis you wont receive that amount back you can only apply for about 3000 shares.
So in that case what if the share goes to $6.00, you will have less shares if you decide to top up and would have to pay more for them.
Why do i have a sell, i really think you should ask yourself that as you also think they are a sell.
I will let you work that out also.
