somebody has started stacking the sell side of the quotes with a set of good sized set of blocking sells. it happens each day prior to market opening. later in the evening when I check the my stock quotes the blocking sells are gone.
i think the strategy is trick potential sellers into selling down their stock at a price lower than they normally would have. hence they are able to achieve their aim of buying the stock they want at a lower price.
8/8/2013 at 10.30 pm est. the only three sells left after a number were removed are - 59c. 25,400 69.5c. 2,500 75c. 10,000 lets see what appears tomorrrow morning.
