If I were you I would not be laughing so loudly because to my understanding these guys have access to Chinese capital and, I quote, may also consider joining with local players to form strategic partnerships to invest and develop Australian coal assets.

By the way, the China-African Development Fund has billions of dollars in capital.
From the example above you can see that they do have access to capital and let me ask you this: how many more millions of dollars does BND need in order to develop its assets?
