I think Thomas is doing a good job ...I am but a passive investor who been around, read a lot and have many insight into other business apart from CCP -:)
I always favour management that have a long term view even if there is a hit short term because I get to get more of the business cheaper at the expense of the short timer....
Business is a long term game....I am a long term game man....time will wipe out all volatility and compound your investment at a better rate
The decision of FLT to freeze dividend to save cash during GFC was a beautiful stroke but no one like it and sell off ....I love it so much I pick up
I post the same thing about QBE incoming CEO about reducing dividend and save cash for longer game play...it start to bear fruits....
