SMARTPAY ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
AUCKLAND, 9 August 2013 - SmartPay (NZX: SPY), a leading provider of payments
and transactional solutions in New Zealand and Australia, intends to hold its
next Annual General Meeting of shareholders towards the end of September
2013. Further details including the confirmed date, venue and time of the
meeting will be advised in due course. ??For the purposes of NZSX Listing
Rule 3.3.5 the closing date for director nominations to be received by the
