All of us should not forget that most the techs ....if not all , did spend money to get where they are at this stage .
Those money come from all types of investors , and sure the Government is aware of it.
So don't expect IMO the Minister to throw some of the applications in the bin without exhausting all the possibilities , like....fine tune the invention/s
