Pezza---From my understanding they issue 3b's at last chance ----and because a 3b is done as a VWAP over the previous 5-10 days trading,they couldnt wait,IMO,even expecting a good announcement---sometimes the timing of these things appear out of sinc---but im fairly positive ,if they could have waited and got paid more money for the same ammount of shares,this would have been their choice.
