Actual fines would also be minmal.
The biggest hassle will be the MGB on site coupled with any additional environmental consultants dragged in. Could see them getting in the way and slowing down events. That buffer may then get into usuage-but hey ,thats what it is there for! Is it sufficient, would have thought so. May need to stretch the trade finance guys out of Korea just a little in the worst case?
Should get a better idea in the next week or so.
