Ridge writes ; Fundamentalist jews certainly believe in extreme creationism in contrast to establish scientific facts. They claim god created the world 5654 years ago (or whatever the number is, but around there) so the beginning coincides with the origins claimed in the bible (change the facts to suit the story). Sheer nonsense of course but each to their own in private.
Ge ; Hi Uncle , trouble with scientific facts is they tend to change with the times . Bit like the Earth is flat , lol .
Note most or hopefully all Christians "believe" in God as do Muslims , Budhists , Jews and many others yet not many of us have ever met Him/Her and all we know is we are made in His likeness . So I guess He/She's a good looking bloke like moi but with age is prob developing a few wrinkles and maybe a bit of a belly .lol
Jeeeeepers I hope He/She has a good sense of humour when we finally meet or I'm stuffed .
