SSN have 3 opportunities to significantly create wealth for shareholders over the next couple of months.


1st Bluff Federal with CNOOC who will have a 33%WI in the project.
2nd Defender in Hawk Springs when they decide to refrac with a different proponent.
3rd Drilling into the 3 Fork Formation in North Dakota Duckstein 1-13-14HTF & Blackdog 3-13-14HTF


SSN have decided to mobilize the Frontier rig to drill the Coopers 2-15-14HBK and Tooheys 4-15-15HBK wells. I thought the 4 infill well concept was to save cash by drilling 4 wells on a single well pad, 2 into the Middle Bakken and 2 into the 1st bench of the 3 Forks Formation one after the other. I see a big opportunity if SSN are successful in the 3 Forks as it will double the number of possible drilling locations in their acreage. I don’t understand the logic of SSN to mobilize the rig to another location and drill in the Middle Bakken when a successful drill into the 3 Forks has the opportunity to increase their SP NOW, especially whilst the rig is already on site.


TB is looking to increase the SP for SH so what is he waiting for with Defender and now the 3 Forks Formation in North Dakota where any success would be significant for the company.
