Announced this AM that TORO Energy (TOE) is to acquire the Maitland project from MEGA uranium for 415 million TOE shares with an implied value from Fridays closing price of 8.9 cents equates to circa $37 million.

The Maitland resource is at 20.8Mt @ 486ppm for 22.3Mlb
contained U3O8(200ppm cut-off).

$37 million for 22.3 million pounds.

What is BLR's 90 million pound resource base worth?

Can understand EMX's current independent valuation of circa 18 cps based its 17 mill lbs inventory (growing to likely 30 mill lbs.)

Kinda makes a farce of the current market price around 2cps

I have recently acquired initial probe possie EMX and it has joined my list of emerging Uranium darlings to be. UEQ owns 21% atm.

My U-Boat wolf-pack for the coming third primary about to kick off in POU is

UEQ, BLR, WHE, EMX, Cam Bow P/L (unlisted )

These are little treasures amongst the trash out there and multi-multi baggers coming if the boyz get it right with whats about to happen to the U-market in mid term.
