The recent capital raising has nothing to do with providing for the development of our resource (other than to try and keep the company afloat until we complete the DFS and find a bank or whatever who believes the developed resource will be able to fund the repayments).
There is no way an equity raising at prices possible could fund our development. However, if there is sufficient evidence that a developed resource will produce income sufficient to repay a loan, then we can develop. It looks to me pretty certain that the income stream would be sufficient but it needs a bank to be convinced of that.
