I totally agree Vipers. There is more to the delay with Mantle's LV grantings, CAG prospectus, Exergen listing, ALDP delays, Fed election & Liberal Vic & Fed Gov links than meets the eyes IMO.

Tony Abbott is pro resources, new technology and actual carbon reduction solutions.

I'm drawing a long bow I know, but that's how I see it until convinced otherwise.
