I think most of the longer term shareholders do not want to see another cash raising. I certainly don't. However they are not quite yet in the position to be consistently generating cash. Whether they can get there without raising additional cash is certainly up for debate.
I wouldn't mind a reasonable cash raising if eg it was to fund another largish OEM - ie something that would get them the cash flow generation quicker.
