My take on upcoming events.....

Lets say everything goes as most expect over the next 4 months....
Exergen gets ALDP funding?
Exergen gets an S7 allocation
MNM gets an S7 allocation together with a JV partner and some sort of JV in LV.
Exergen confirms building the demo plant in Morwell

etc etc...

If this is some of what is expected we could expect MNM to have a MC closer to 40/50 Million in the short term.

Now does that Effect Exergen is the big question IMO....

Exergen should be listing in the next few months in conjunction with all this news?

-Would Exergen get MNM cheaper in the near term or after the news starts to flow?
-Would Exergen rally harder and look more "appealing" if they had all the MNM Brown coal reserves under one Entity/Exergen??

Most of us are looking at the pieces of the puzzle and its just a matter of time and all will be revealed.

Is the 1 million Sell/Cap a part of this bigger picture/plan?
Are those small sell orders/Caps controlled by the same person/entity as the 1 million seller?

I am not a rocket scientist but if I was exergen, I would be looking to grab all that brown coal ASAP...

This is just my assumption and I expect that IK and MB would be fully aware of our position?
Maybe this is why MB always keeps his holding above 10%?

I think MNM holders will be given script in the newly listed Exergen...

I think this will happen soon.

I also think MNM holders may be given script in Exergen for our Brown coal assets but I think MNM will still continue on with its main focus on Mt M, Gold, copper etc etc.

( I think Exergen will only want our brown coal and potentially also Mt Mulligan)

win win for everyone as long as we get a good deal for or brown coal...
