S39, I believe the tax refund re the R&D is a million more than they were expecting, I believe they have wound back a lot of operating costs, they are looking to JV the copper project, the Davis Samuel matter is in hand, and they are doing a lot of the DFS work in house, therefore may not need to place any of the shortfall.
