Brockman (in other words the Trojan Horse of the Peoples Republic of China) has no choice but to enter into commercial negotiations with FMG and stump up the cash (where there is a limitless amount behind the false fascade of a limo company).
Otherwise FMG can drag this out for years for the matter to go to courts.
The Chinese eventually will pay up.
They just want to try getting things for free at other's expense. Disgusting behaviour unbecoming of a country aspiring to be seen as a great nation.
There is no way the Chinese can get a free ride when BCI and probably soon AGO (pay for their tickets).
