tend to agree with your thoughts re acquisition -also dont seem to be real strong brand names so very dependent on the key staff- i know that is why they have the delayed payments and earn outs etc but looks a bit of a whim to me
also fum growth pedestrian in a good market generally and three times revenue pretty healthy i would have thought
that all said and done it would not take a lot to get a fair jump in profit as the gross margins are ok but lots corporate exes and marketing and "other" which will drop relatively with the bigger business one would expect
